Company Overview
We provide fractional HR support to growing businesses. These are businesses that are large enough to need professional and experienced HR support, but are small enough (or want to remain nimble) not to add to their headcount. We provide comprehensive support, equivalent to an HR Generalist: payroll, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance management, and full-cycle recruiting.
A majority of our current clients are located in the Chicagoland area - primarily in the northern and western suburbs. A typical engagement is primarily remote, with high-impact, targeted in-person support.
