Since 1948, Chicago SHRM has been the go-to association for HR professionals looking to further their professional development, stay informed of industry practices, and connect with other human resource professionals. From 28 members in 1948 to more than 2,000 in 2017, we have continued to grow and provide our members with access to educational programs and diverse development opportunities to help them further their careers.

To ensure we are offering the best in employment connections, we provide the Chicago SHRM Career Center to our members and visitors. Through the career center, job seekers can post their resumes, receive resume evaluations, search jobs, and browse valuable career resources. Employers can post human resources jobs, connect with qualified HR professionals, and search resumes. By connecting employers and job seekers in the human resources industry, both the job seeker and employer save time and energy. Job seekers know they are connecting with an employer who is looking for someone with their set of qualifications and employers know they are connecting with high-qualified individuals who are looking for work in the HR field.
